Hi Haritha,
Failure threshold reached means "the maximum number of times CIs can fail meeting a certain criteria or metric." To minimize occurrence of this error, you can increase the value of the glide.cmdb.health.staleness CMDB Health system property.
Default value out of the box of this property is 60. Please increase to 200 / 300 as per your requirement.

Let me know if this answers your question.

When the threshold number of CIs that fail the health metric test is reached, health processing will stop for the metric in this cycle.
To resolve this issue, you should check Health Preferences.
After updating the Failure Threshold with the appropriate values, you will need to run the scheduled jobs so that the cmdb dashboard is updated.
