What is the best tool for time tracking within SN

We are looking for a time card tool to use for our business.   Thoughts on the best application/plugin to use for this task.

Project Management application

I raised a discussion about time cards a while ago, I still don't really understand how it works and how it would be useful for us. But here is the link to my discussion and hopefully it helps. My main concern was regarding incident management, but it is something that can be applied to all modules. Hope it helps

Time cards are a great way to track the time spent working on cases.   Time cards can be submitted and approved if that is also part of your process.   They can also be tied back to a fixed fee per case or an hourly rate of the group the agent belongs to in order to produce expense lines and expense allocations.   Then you can begin to get real insight into the cost of the services that HR is providing to the rest of the organization.   Another handy feature is the time worked field.   When exposed, it will automatically track the time that each person had the case open on his or her browser and create an cooresponding entry for that person.   I hope this information helps.

And to clarify - time cards in ServiceNow can be used across different applications (including HR and Project Management) so that you can keep track of all time worked, break it down by operational vs. project work, etc.
