What is the best tool for time tracking within SN

We are looking for a time card tool to use for our business.   Thoughts on the best application/plugin to use for this task.

or

Time card plug in that I just found on the "list of SN plug in's page"

I have a similar query. Can we have timecards entered against Programs? As i can see we can select programs in Time cards.

I raised a discussion about time cards a while ago, I still don't really understand how it works and how it would be useful for us. But here is the link to my discussion and hopefully it helps. My main concern was regarding incident management, but it is something that can be applied to all modules. Hope it helps

I was exploring about time tracking/ effort in time, it is great to use on all the module once you enabled the time worked on the form. it will automatically create the time card and you can have a view of the time is being done on the tasks.
