when i mention in worknotes in servicenow custom application worknotes Its not sending the mail.

when i mention user custom application worknotes Its not sending the mail to that user. ..

Hello @Jyoti Ranjan Se,
Please verify the email properties are enabled and also verify the email notification named ‘Activity Stream @Mention Email’ which is responsible for sending the email notification to the mentioned users in the worknotes/Additional comments is Active = True.

Not exactly sure. But while mentioning the user in the worknotes, if you are getting the below attached message while mentioning the user in the worknotes, the email will not be triggered for that user.

No, Im not getting these type of message while i am mentioning. But the thing is that user is not getting emails.
