Adding new widget to SOW Overview Your work section

How to update the Overview variant of the Service Operations Workspace (SOW) and include widgets for open/unassigned tasks under My Work and My Team tabs.

Go to UI Builder -> Experiences -> Service Operations Workspace and open URL Path /home

You cannot edit out of box variant. Create new variant and add or edit the widgets as per your requirements

Make out of box variant inactive and keep the new custom variant page created as Active. SOW Home page out of box variant is 'Event Management landing page'

Customize this only if it is a mandated business requirement as this will lead to technical debt. If it is not mandatory, recommend the team doing this in a dashboard and use it accordingly.

I have explained the steps in my earlier response. Create a duplicate variant from out of box variant page and once you are in duplicate variant page, it will allow to add or edit existing widgets as it will be specific to custom variant page created and will not impact out of box configuration.

In my example, I have created duplicate variant 'Event Management landing page Copy Temporary' and once you go to Editor you can add or edit widget as per your requirements

I did clone the variant. The only issue is that I don't see the edit content. See attachment.
