After Upgrade, when we opening Incident it is showing error

Hi Team,

 

We have upgrade to Zurich, After upgrade when user is opening Incident in SOW from Dashboard it is shwoing below error message.

User is able to view incident from native View and in Global searcch also it is working. In SOW under My Incidents also it is working fine.  But when they are opening from Dashboard error coming.

 

This is coming after Upgrade, before that it is not there.

 

In URL it is showing as "now/sow/record/incident/~~undefined~~"

 

How to fix this?

 

Clear Cache tried not working. Tried in different browser still not working

if you are sure this started coming post upgrade then raise a case with ServiceNow.

Seems some issue with the record page variant in SOW
