Are Agent Workspace ribbons compatible with Service Operations Workspace

Hello,

Does anyone know if the legacy agent workspace ribbons are compatible with the new service operations workspace or if SOW has something similar and has anyone implemented such a thing?

Hi Alex,

Agent Workspace Ribbons are compatible with SOW. 

Please refer this doc to add ribbons in SOW,

Follow only step 3 in the doc, to add AW ribbons in SOW. As Ribbon configuration in SOW is "SOW Ribbon Config" in OOB.
