Asset Workspace Form Not Showing Records

Hi everyone,

 

I’m running into a strange issue with Asset Workspace , and I would really appreciate some guidance.

 

Problem Summary

Users can see assets in the Asset Workspace list, but when they click an asset to open the form, they get:

 

You do not have permissions to access this page

 

Important Details

  • The same users CAN see the asset in:

     

    • The classic (platform) UI list

    • The SOW / item workspace

     

  • My alm_asset and alm_hardware ACLs return true for the user

    (verified in Security Debugger)

  • This only happens when opening the Workspace form

how about admins?

if it's issue with non-admins then something to do with Access config

I couldn't see Assets List in "Asset Workspace" OOTB

Is there any customization i.e. a new List Category and UX list is added?

thanks for your answer but unfortunately  i cant share screenshot because it is classified environment.

but i the problem is indeed on non-admin users.


i tried from Asset estate >All assets tab.
