Hi Community,
I would like to confirm whether the following Classic Platform UI actions can be supported in Service Operations Workspace (SOW) as out-of-the-box functionality:
- Follow on Live Feed
- View
- Create Favorite
- History
- Discuss
- Follow Update
I have observed that these actions are available in the Classic UI. However, I could not find equivalent OOTB functionality in Service Operations Workspace.
Can anyone confirm:
- Are these actions supported in SOW OOTB?
- If not, is there any recommended approach to achieve similar functionality in Workspace?
- Are there any ServiceNow articles, documentation, or community references that state these actions are limited to the Classic Platform UI?
