We have had Duo as a service for a long time and recently added service offerings underneath it. The idea was that our support analysts could assign the service offering of device enrollment or bypass for Duo when appropriate. The challenge is that none of the service offerings display in the service offerings field unless our analysts enter the first letter of the service offering. What are our options to change this field so that service offerings automatically display when Duo is the service?
