Hi guys,
What would be the best way to show an agents status within the landing page of the SOW? Is it possible to have something saying 'your current status is ......'?

you can configure the header message.
check this
Configure the header message on the landing page
Also check few OOTB landing pages, they do bring the logged in user's name etc dynamically to display them
If my response helped please mark it correct and close the thread so that it benefits future readers.

which agent's status?
If the agent logins then he/she knows that he/she is available.
What's your actual business requirement?
You can show a dynamic text on the landing page and show the status though

I see I would have to create a script include to be able to do this? Any idea on what else I have to do to display it in the header?
