Best way to show agent status

Hi guys,

What would be the best way to show an agents status within the landing page of the SOW? Is it possible to have something saying 'your current status is ......'?

you can configure the header message.

Also check few OOTB landing pages, they do bring the logged in user's name etc dynamically to display them

Agent's availability is only shown on the chat.

I did create a dashboard for Management to keep an Monitor the available agents (per queue) but it was out ot SOW.
