Can you create default filter sets for all users in Service Operations Workspace

I would like to create 3 filter sets for all tasks. I am able to do so, but it only appears when I am not impersonating. Is there a way to make them universal and store them in an update set?

Hi @NSel02,

my PDI is in Zurich and I have a feeling like it's been easy for Yokohama and cannot be found in Zurich now 😮 but will need to search for more details..

Howevery you can try this:

How to setup a Default Filter for a related list in SOW for an incident record

Ha! Found it :)) it's the [sys_ux_list] table, locate your list there and add the condition as you want to...

If you want to create more, these records are like the lines in the left column:

And if you aren't sure what list it is, get the sys ID as below and apply it in the [sys_ux_list] table > sys ID is (copy from the URL)

Thanks but this is not what I am referring to. This is regarding filter sets. As you can see below, there is a default one called Conversation and two custom ones I made. I would like to add the custom ones to an update set so it can be used by everyone.

Hi @NSel02 ,

You have two ways to configure:

1) You can directly open the sys_ux.LIST table and create new list with filter you required.

2)

2.1) Open UI Builder from navigator and then open service operation workspace.

2.2)  Open List SNC as shown in below screenshot

2.3) Below page will open up to you, then click on list nav on left side and then click on configuration right side.

2.4) In the new tab open Default - SOW record.

Once you opened in related list you will find UX List Categories and UX Lists, you can create new list and filters from there.

Thanks,

Pradeep
