I seen the default overview dashboard was read only so I made a copy and made my changes now I want to update the default overview to my updated dashboard. I did find this article Solved: Change default overview / dashboard - ServiceNow Community but I went to look at our current Vancouver release setup and found the argument set as incident_dashboard_launcher.do in the overview module. Am I in the right place and if so what do I change ?

The default dashboards in sow are configured by these page properties in the sow ux app:

/sys_ux_page_property_list.do?sysparm_query=page%3Daa881cad73c4301045216238edf6a716%5EnameLIKEdash&sysparm_view=

They correspond to the two variants of the landing page in sow

They can be adjusted directly or by using the sow admin center

instance.service-now.com/now/sow-admin/sow-configurations

I think this is for older legacy dashboard

are you not using the latest Platform Analytics dashboard in your instance?

what happens after you change in the URL argument?

Hi @MarkD6245542477 ,

Do you want the default dashboard as newly created dashboard when you open the Service Operations Workspace Homepage??
