I want to add 2 reports to the 'Overview' (default) dashboard of Service Operation Workspace, now the dashboard is shared with the itil role, so who all have access to the dashboard are able to view my new reports as well, I have set the sharing option for those two reports with the specific role that I want, however users who have itil role and not the roles that I want are not able to see the data (as per the expectation). But they see the report that is the placeholder and the title fo the report, is there any way I can restrict this?
Another option I was thinking was to create another tab on the dashboard, but can we control the tab's visibility within the dashboard?
Any alternative solutions are also welcome. Thanks!
