Customizing Twilio SMS Default Template in Workspace (SOW)

Hi all,
I need suggestion for the Twilio SMS/Voice integration in ServiceNow?

We have a requirement to pre-fill a default template in the Send SMS modal.

Navigation Path:

  1. Open Service Operations Workspace (SOW)

  2. Open an Incident record

  3. Open the Expert On-Call panel on the right sidebar

  4. Click Contact on a user card

  5. Click Send SMS -> [Default message should populate here]
