Sometimes there is a requirement to add/remove fields in the Overview tab for incident in Service Operations Workspace.
You can configure the incident form view where view name "SOW-Incident-Overview" and section is Summary
Whatever fields you configure there will show up.
Ensure you are in correct scope while editing.

Hi Ankur ,
I hope you're doing well.
I would like to add the "Assigned to your groups" option under the incident section in the Service Operation Workspace. This option is currently available in the Major Incident Management section, but I need it to be available in the incident section as well. Could you please assist with this?
