email template in Service Operation Workspace

I created an email template for Incident in Global scope, but I’m unable to find it in SOW. There are no role restrictions. Is there something specific we need to configure for email templates to be visible in Workspace?

Navigate to sys_email_client_template.LIST

Create a new template on incident table
