email template in Service Operation Workspace

I created an email template for Incident in Global scope, but I’m unable to find it in SOW. There are no role restrictions. Is there something specific we need to configure for email templates to be visible in Workspace?

Navigate to sys_email_client_template.LIST

Create a new template on incident table

Hi @hasthipooji ,

The Normal email templates which we created to apply for Notifications are not visible in the Workspace. To appear the templates in the Workspace we need to create templates in the sys_email_client_template table.

you create email template which can be used in Email notifications

For workspace and native email client template is used
