I used to create a customized declarative action assignment implemented as UXF Client Action in the action bar of a change request form to open the Risk Assessment modal. But it failed to work after instance upgraded to Xanadu.
Then I tried to configure the declarative action mappings in the UI Builder. But it turned no events available after I copied the SPR Record and clicked the Action bar component inside it.
