We are using MS Edge and recently upgraded to Washington DC. Following the upgrade, one SOW user sees a returning 'Not found' tab within SOW which despite closing, keeps returning. If he selects it, it takes him to his dashboard but when selecting SOW in 'Workspaces' it does not load until he has refreshed his browser page. He has tried clearing browser cache, logging out, but the 'Not found' tab still returns even when using 'close all tabs' before logging out. We don't have an option to use a completely different browser.

This also happens on our Washington instance in Chrome:
When clicking on 'Not found', first I got this:
Then an incident was opened in the backend, with 'Not found' still visible on the top left:

I am also running into this issue in a custom all Workspace.
We're on: Build name: Washingtondc
Build date: 08-31-2024_1809
Build tag: glide-washingtondc-12-20-2023__patch7-08-21-2024
Has anyone on this thread had any luck resolving this issue? Thank you.

Hi @Stuart Comstiv1 ,
Did you create a support ticket for this, to me it looks an instance specific issue and not a general issue?
please confirm if you have created a ticket, i will follow up internally and check it
Please mark it helpful, if it answers your query.
Thanks,
Haseeb Ahmed
