How to disable the popup of problem task in service operations workspace

When I click on the new on the Problem tasks section under problem record OR Create Problem Task on problem record in "Service Operations Workspace", it opens a popup window asking to choose type. I would like to disable this and directly lands into new problem task record page in workspace. How to do that?

Hi Chaitanya,

I'm not sure that is possible because you don't have a way to switch problem task types once you have created a problem task, that is why the interceptor asks which type first (change does the same).

Otherwise you could use a flow or rule that pre-creates a problem task so you don't need to use the New action.

Hi @mattlloyd ,
We don't user problem types in our problem task. So If I disabled the record type selectors for problem task or change task, it opens a popup but nothing shown over there.

So my requirement is it should not show a popup, instead it should directly lands us into new problem task record on clicking new button.
