How to Hide a Section in Service Operation Workspace for incident form ?

we wanted to Hide a section in incident form in service operation workspace.

create onLoad client script on incident table which runs on sow view

Note: Just to inform if the fields under that section are mandatory; you cannot hide it

We are not supposed to use client script in workspace right ?

Why? Where did you find this info?

We can run client scripts for customer requirements in workspace
