How to Hide a Section in Service Operation Workspace for incident form ?

we wanted to Hide a section in incident form in service operation workspace.

Hi @prash4 ,

Remove that section from the Workspace view in the native UI.

Configure ->Form Design->Change the view to workspace and remove the Cause Section from that view.
