In Service Operations Workspace (SOW), for the Interaction record, the Work Notes field is displayed both in the form layout (left side) and in the Activity Stream section (right side).
My requirement is to hide the Work Notes field from the form layout only, while still keeping the Work Notes composer available in the Activity Stream.
I noticed that when I remove the work_notes field from the form layout/view, it also disappears from the Activity Stream.
Has anyone implemented this requirement? What is the recommended approach in SOW? Should this be handled through UI Builder, Workspace Form Views, Client Scripts, or another configuration?
Any guidance would be appreciated.
