How to paste screenshot in Service Operation Workspace

Is there a possible solution to paste a screenshot in SOW without setting system property "glide.ui.journal.use_html " to true OR without adding SN Utils extension for a regular user or itil user?

You can not paste the image but drag and drop the attachment for any record.
