Hi everyone,
I’m currently working with the Service Operation Workspace (SOW) in ServiceNow, specifically on the /now/sow/home page. However, I’m encountering an issue where the workspace displays the message:
No content to display
(But there should be)
The issue persists. Has anyone else encountered this problem? If so, how did you resolve it? .
Thank you in advance for your help!
Best regards,

The SOW landing page displays a dashboard called "Overview" which contains the reports containg your work and the teams work.
You can check the content of the "Overview" dashboard and check if the permissies are set correctie.

I got this same issue and here is how I resolved it. The issue is a UI Builder page that is supposed to be set to inactive on upgrade but fails to do so. You need to do it yourself.
1. Goto UI Builder
2. Select Experience: Service Operation Workspace
3. Look for the "Home" Landing page. You will see some variants under it.
- Service desk landing page SNC
- Tier2/3 specialist landing page SNC
- Service desk landing page PAR SNC
- Tier2/3 specialist landing page PAR SNC
4. The first two are suppose to be inactive while the second two (with PAR) are not. I deactived "Service desk landing page SNC" and it resolved the issue.
5. To deactivate it click "settings" on the page (You might have to change your application to the one the variant is in, Incident Management for Service Operations Workspace).
6. Uncheck the "active" box and save.
