How to show Risk Assessment ui action in Service operation workspace ?

We have requirement, where we need to show risk assessment ui action in normal change in service operation workspace.

currently when we create a normal change in standard UI - the cycle is - New - Assess - authorize

post assess we will be seeing request approval ui action

but in service operation workspace when create a normal change - New - authorize

it is giving us option to Risk assessment directly going to Request approval

how do i add current standard ui - ui action in service operation work space ?

I tried your problem in my PDI and it works for me please check below solution

Open Risk Assessment button in UI Action and check below check box shown in image
