In service operations workspace when clicked on record nothing is opening

Hi All,
I have configured the report/list in service operations workspace in a new landing page. When clicked on any record it is not opening in new tab or same tab, basically it should.
i have created a list by using sc_task table and when i clicked on task number it is not displayed any info like in native ui(this works for Agent workspace)
when clicked on the task number (can see in image) it shows nothing but has show matching and filter out options only.
I need to display the whole record when clicked on that task number.
