Issue with workspace view

Sathwik1
Tera Expert

If I open incident table in service operation workspace, it is opening in ""SOW"" view, and If I open the same incident in CSM View it is opening in ""Workspace"" View.

But here I want incident to get open in the "SOW" view only in CSM workspace also..

I'm confused with workspace views.. please someone guide me on this.

Greetings @Sathwik1. While in the Incident record (not in a Workspace), are you able to check the View back to Default? In my PDI, when I open the Incident outside of a Workspace, it starts with Default view unless I change the View, then it remembers my selection and loads the Incident in the last selected View. When I load the Incident in SOW, it always loads in SOW View.

If for whatever reason this doesn't work, you could always look into View Rules for the Incident or whatever target table you are interested in. I hope this information helps!

@Sathwik1 ,

Open the table named as sys_ux_page_registry and search for the record CSM/FSM Configurable Workspace.Open that record and under the related list of the record search for the view  record  and open that change the view to sow .

One thing if you change the view here it will open all the records in the sow view only in CSM workspace . You don't like that just create a workspace view rule.

If my response helped, mark it as helpful and accept the solution.

@Sathwik1

I will recommend to create a workspace view rule to handle this rather than making changes to "sys_ux_page_registry" and "sys_ux_page_property"
