Make RITM comments visible in catalog task activity, service operations workspace

We recently integrated the service operations workspace within our organisation.

 

I wondered if it was possible to add the RITM comment history in the "Activity" section of a catalog task

Only the catalog task worknotes are available at the moment and no options to add RITM comments.

Hi @GabrielCSSMI ,

 

In OOTB a catalog record has a linked request item in the header or under the details tab, you may open that record, and activity steam in this sub-record will source data from the request item itself, activity steam component sources data from a single table for the current sys_id

Hi Hema, I did not find a solution for this problem as of right now.
