Is there a method to enable automatic ticket refreshing within the Service Operations Workspace while actively on the page?

if you are referring to SOW Landing page then each data visualization on your Dashboard must be having some refresh interval

Open the required dashboard from Platform Analytics and see that for each data visualization

Also you can set refresh interval for overall dashboard level

Hi,

What is the use case? Why do you need auto refresh?

You can add a Tab refresh UI action that users may chose to use as needed, but auto refresh might cause issues.
