Need "Assign to me" ability for catalog tasks in Service operations workspace

Hello,

I have a requirement to add ability to "Assign to me" button for the “Catalog tasks > Assigned to your groups” list in SOW, the way it is there for Incidents in SOW.

Could someone please help me to know from where exactly these buttons are configured and displayed? also which application I need to select?
I tried in multiple tables to add (sys_ux_action_config, sys_ux_form_action, sys_declarative_action_assignment), but its not working.

you can create custom List Action on sc_task table by checking few of the OOTB ones (sc_request_item, change_task, change_request)

I noticed that the Assigned to me button is available on Catalog items list too in SOW,  When I remove the filter conditions from list, "Assign to me" button is visible.

But as per my requirement, I want it to be visible on this particular list with filters, from where I can make it visible in this case too?

Both screenshots are from same workspace, I have attached another example.
Also, It's Visibility is inconsistent, sometimes its visible by just removing one filter condition and sometimes I need to remove all filters to see the "Assign to me" action.
