Need table header in the SOW remains locked at the top for service desk analyst

The table header in the SOW remains locked at the top for the Admin role even after scrolling, but it doesn’t work for the ITIL role.
Requesting assistance to make the header stay locked at the top for both Admin and ITIL roles.
