Is it possible to change the default filter in CSM workspace and if it is possible in there any documentation or instruction on how we can change it.

Hi @Codi ,
Yes it is possible to change the default filter, please navigate to all> Now Experience FrameWork> UI Builder, Search for your workspace/experience open it, and open the correct page. In page you have a list in that list you have Fixed Filter and you can edit that fixed filter.

Thank you for the response but I believe it is different to my use case, because in my use case it is not on List. The filter found on the draft email page.

Yes yes but you are working on the workspace so you need to make changes in UI Builder, so it will reflect. In workspace the table name is draft emails.
