not able to see the "Available" option.

I am facing an issue. I referred to the document for the new feature and followed all the steps mentioned in it. However, I am not able to see the "Available" option.

If there are any additional steps required to make this option visible or selectable, please let me know. I would appreciate your help.

1. Ensure you have Australia versioned instance.

2. Ensure you have 

Role required: sn_service_desk_agent

I checked i have Australia version instances and this role also "sn_service_desk_agent" but still not able to see the "Available" option.
