Oncall calendar scheduling icon for service operations workspace

Hi everyone,

 

I just recently upgraded our sandbox instance to Xanadu.  We currently use Service Operations Workspace.  I can't seem to enable the scheduling icon on the left side to enable the on-call scheduling calendar for a user.  I've added the oc_read role to everyone's profile but still no luck.

 

Any help would be appreciated

Can you provide more information, is it disabled/hidden? any screenshot will also help

Here's a screenshot of my Xanadu developer instance.  I can't seem to figure out how to activate the calendar icon, nor the team or the dashboard icon.  I've checked through the documentation but I'm not sure if I'm missing something.

Are you saying that when you click the Schedules icon --- nothing appears on the screen? I am also facing this problem but the docs seem to show it should load. I do not have the role listed in the docs so maybe it's that?
