Hi Community,
In Service Operations Workspace, under the "My Lists" section, I see two options: "Shared with me" and "Opened by link." I would like to remove or hide these options, so they do not appear in the list created in Workspace.
From my testing and available documentation:
I found out that the "Opened by link" option can be hidden by unchecking the "Show lists opened by link" property in setting
However, it seems the "Shared with me" option cannot be hidden easily or there may not be a direct configuration to remove it.
Is there any workaround or customization (UI script/client script/page config) to fully hide BOTH these options from the My Lists section?
Any detailed step-by-step instructions would be greatly appreciated. Screenshot attached for reference.
