Removing New Button on Interactions in Service Operations Workspace for specific role

LivashanN

We are trying to remove Visibility of the new button on the interactions list as per the attached screenshot for a specific role, i have tried checking the UI action as well as the declarative actions as SOW uses declarative actions but could not seem to locate the correct one so that i can remove visibility for a specific role.

any guidance on this will be appreciated.

Hi

Navigate to Now Experience framework -> List actions

Open this action (sys_id = 17c13e7273131010a0a79329faf6a794) and update the conditions

Hi @LivashanN

Please go to the create-new-uxf record (17c13e7273131010a0a79329faf6a794). Under Action Exclusions related list add a new record with the below details:

Submit the record and verify New button will be hidden in list view of interaction.

@LivashanN

You can simply control Table.None CREATE ACL on interaction table

Ensure only the role which wants to see NEW is added there.

You need not play with any Declarative Actions etc

If my response helped please mark it correct and close the thread so that it benefits future readers.
