Service Operation Workspace (SOW) - Alert Overview

Hi all,

 

We've just install Xanadu on our non-production instance and when we open an alert on SOW, we see a new tab 'Overview'. This tab is only visible to non-admin users and we don't know how to make it also visible to admins (usually it's the other way around...).

Do you know why i can't see overview tab with my admin profil ?

 

We are on Xanadu Patch4, Service Operation Workspace ITSM Application V5.1.0 and Service Operation Workspace ITOM Apps V24.1.2

@Karine_M  As an admin, I'm able to see the Overview tab without any issues of the same version.

Can you try to "Repair" the plugin once and check? 

 

Also in the OOB, I would see the Hide Component is turned on and it sets the component visibility via data resource or script.

Thanks for your answer.

 

I allready try a 'repair' and I have the same result.

Searching a little more I saw that the Tab was associated with the "Event Management Users" audience.
On our instances, this Audience is limited to the 'Evt_mgmt_user' role.

When I look at a developer instance (OOB), I see that this same audience is limited to the 'evt_mgmt_user' and 'admin' roles.

We have not made any changes to this audience, it's strange that the admin role is not associated with it...
By adding the role in the audience, we now access the tabs in admin profile.
