Service Operations Workspace is missing a Change Request type - how do I add it in?

Hi all,

I'm trying to set up our SOW for migrating over from Agent Workspace. However I'm a little lost with this issue. The landing page that you go onto to create a new change request is missing one of our change request types.

It's missing our Non-Production change request type.

Is there somewhere in the Service Operations Workspace configuration that I need to update to include this one?

Hello,

I would suggest to go into the Change Models, and check whether the "Non-Production" Change model record has "Available in Create New" as true.

If my answer has helped you in any way please mark it as correct or helpful.

Thanks Vishwa, it seems the Non-Production change type doesn't exist as a change model so I'm guessing this could be the reason why. Standard changes are available to be chosen however when their "Available in Create New" is set to false so I'm wondering if we can still pick the Non-Production type up somehow through a filter on the UX Page?

I'm guessing of course, if we need to set this up as a change model instead then I'll work with the client to do so.

hey,

It is recommended to keep the Standard change model's available in create new to false, because the filter already shows all the pre-approved changes (standard change templates) individually.
You wouldn't want a user to click on Standard change and then not having a template on the change request.

I hope it makes sense.
