Hi Everyone,
I’m seeing an issue in Service Operations Workspace (IMS) related to the Create Incident button. After I save an Interaction record, the Create Incident button becomes grayed out. However, it is still clickable and works normally—it opens the Incident creation form.
After the zurich patch 4 upgrade this issue happening what might be the cause,
