Service Operations Workspace Widget Removal

A user has requested if it is possible to hide and or remove the widget located on the far right of the "Service Operations Workspace" homepage (attached screenshot shown in red).

 

The widget contains the following sections.

  • Upcoming
  • Quick Links
  • Recently Viewed
  • Getting Started

 

If it is not possible to hide the widget any advice on how to modify or edit would be appreciated!

Hi @jacobspacek ,

1. You may navigate to  "Service Operations Workspace Admin Center" module -> "Configurations" -> "Incident Management" -> Landing page

2. Using toggles right pane sections can be hidden

3. This is available in SOW5.0, this will avoid customization on UIB page or related code to hide right pane

go to UI Builder and open "Service Operations Workspace". open the home page and select the component and hide it. if the hide component is disable create a duplicate copy of your page and then try to hide the component and change the order of the page. refer below screenshots:
