Hi All,
I’ve received a requirement related to the Alert table em_alert in the ServiceNow Workspace.
In the list view, when an alert record is selected, the Edit button becomes active. Upon clicking it, a pop-up appears displaying some fields. The expected behavior is that once information is entered in the Work Notes field, the Update button should be immediately highlighted.
However, the current behavior is that the Update button only becomes active after clicking outside the Work Notes field.
Could someone please check and confirm what actions are needed to address and resolve this issue?
