Show other active tasks button next to the Affected CI on change request form is missing in SOW

Hi Team,

The "Show other active tasks button" next to the Affected CI on change request form is missing in Service Operation Workspace . Could you please help me on this? I have attached screenshot for reference.

I have created a system property with glide.ui.task.show_related_active_tasks and set the value as true ,but the it didn't work.

Hi @ramireddysa 

The "Show other active tasks" icon is missing because a system property is turned off by default.

To fix this, 

1. Search for sys_properties.list in the filter navigator.
2. Find or create the property: glide.ui.task.show_related_active_tasks.
3. Set its value to true.
4. Save and refresh the workspace.

I have done the same but it is creating another "Show other active tasks" button next to the Affected CI. But it is not working for SOW
