SOW Checklist

I'm trying to add the Checklist tab to the contextual side panel via the "Service Operations Workspace Admin Center".

From Overview > Initial setup > Contextual side panel configuration, I select Checklist from the App routes list and click Activate, which then shows a confirmation message, but nothing seems to happen.

Still no Checklist on the contextual side panel.

Am I missing something?

Thanks, information in the blog is a bit outdated. The option is there to enable it in "Service Operations Workspace Admin Center" but nothing happens.

Could you please confirm if you were able to add the checklist on SOW?
We have a similar requirement.

There is a misconfiguration which needs correcting. It has to do with a UX screen condition: https://INSTANCE.service-now.com/nav_to.do?uri=sys_ux_screen_condition.do?sys_id=c76b885a43d27110604...

 

In the script section you will have to update it based on your needs.

In my example above I've had to make it available for both Catalog Task and Incident. It still needs to be made available via "Service Operations Workspace Admin Center".
