SOW Checklist

I'm trying to add the Checklist tab to the contextual side panel via the "Service Operations Workspace Admin Center".

From Overview > Initial setup > Contextual side panel configuration, I select Checklist from the App routes list and click Activate, which then shows a confirmation message, but nothing seems to happen.

Still no Checklist on the contextual side panel.

Am I missing something?

Hi @Phillip15  , Did you used steps mentioned in How to display Checklists on Configurable Workspac... - ServiceNow Community to add the checklist?

If not, Could you please share the steps ?

Hello, I used the steps but it did not work, this is due to misconfiguration of the record shown in previous post.

Thank you for the inputs, using the above approach I was able to show the existing checklist items.
Any thoughts on how to add checklist items from existing checklist templates on the SOW workspace?

HI @SWETHA S1  @Phillip15 , I have the same requirement. I want to add a checklist on the change_task table in Service Operations Workspace.

Could you please share the steps ? I tried referring the article but its outdated.
