SOW: How to add CSS style to VariableSet Titles?

Does anybody know how to add a specific CSS style declaration to the title of variable set that is being displayed on the service operations workspace? (See the attached image)

I'm able to edit it temporarily in the browser (inspect / modification of the CSS) but I need to know where to put the CSS declaration to ensure that it is applicable systemwide.

The Variable Set titles are circled in Red (in the image below)
and the CSS is 'background-color: steelblue;'

Any assistance or advice is appreciated.
Thank you!

Hi @KevinConsultant

You can add a variable type "Rich Text Label"

Thank you Rafael, we are using that method now!
Issue: If the variable set is 2-column then so too is the rich-text label. We've resorted to putting the rich text Variable Set Title *outside* of the variable set, but this causes the Catalog Item to become more difficult to manage, and we are trying to move away from an extra / unnecessary complexity.

@KevinConsultant

May you try in this order
