I am on GCC (government) instances. I have upgraded most of my plugins I want to continue to use in my all instances. I am having trouble updating one in particular in Production: Service Operations Workspace ITOM Apps. I have all the dependences but this one installed. Again this was obviously not an issue in my non-prod instances.
I have search everywhere for sn_itom_admin_ct to get and install this dependency. I have used the New Application Manager, the Classic Application Manager, ServiceNow Store... I have even tried ITOM admin center (and other iterations around admin center) in my searches. I know there is an Admin Center. It is installed and updated. I can not find what needs to be installed to satisfy this dependency. I need this to make sure all my related plugins work.
Anyone have ideas?? Are you going to tell me to but in a HiWave ticket? I am just hoping someone else has run into something like this before I do.

Hey,
so the code leads to this plugin: https://store.servicenow.com/store/app/05125e7487f5fe90221e8409dabb3521
Feel free to check if you can install it seperately.
Regards
Fabian

That is interesting. it must not be GCC approved. I can't see it in the GCC SN Store. Why would it offer me everything but one small component? I guess I am going to have to talk to my Impact team

Hey,
I am not familiar with the GCC part, to be honest. This is a fairly new plugin, so it might have flown under the radar. Best to raise a ticket to get help 🙂
