Hi everyone,
I’m working on creating a new UI Action that should be visible in the Major Incidents list within the Service Operations Workspace (SOW). When the action is clicked, it should open a new form with the Major Incident state set to Accepted by default.
However, I’m encountering issues while trying to set the Major Incident state
Has anyone faced a similar requirement or have any suggestions on how to achieve this? Any guidance would be appreciated.
